fast and fair claims handling. AUA, Inc will assist you when a loss
occurs. Your first step in the event of an unfortunate circumstance
will be to call your agent. Information regarding Injuries
sustained or Property Damage, date and description of loss, the
location of your aircraft, contact numbers and fax number will be
requested. AUA, Inc. will submit your claim information to the
company and will follow your claim process.
You can speed
the process of handling your claim by supplying the company with the
following documents:

Copy of your Medical
-
Copy of your Biannual Flight Review

Copy of the Air Worthiness Certificate

Copy of the last annual recorded in your log book

Copy of any dual requirement that had to be met and
signed off in your log book for the aircraft insured.

Copy of any evidence needed to document hours that you
have reported to the company from your log book.
